Located in the heart of Lavington, this Luxury Airbnb offers a tranquil escape into a world of comfort and cosiness.

Taking inspiration from the Japandi style, each material has been carefully selected to promote relaxation for both mind and body, designed to help you retreat from the bustling energy of Nairobi.

Before & After Developer spec to End user spec

Our client, based abroad, sought trusted designers to manage the project from start to finish, ensuring everything was completed in time for handover upon his arrival. When we began, the apartment was still in the construction phase with the typical developer spec seen in many homes.

We transformed it into a cosy, luxurious space tailored to the end user, using carefully selected, high-quality materials to elevate the design.

The combination of textured wood panels, light-grained wood on the dining chairs and table, and textured fabrics on the sofas instantly creates a cosy atmosphere without the need for additional décor.

To enhance the luxurious experience, we repainted the entire house, including the ceilings, in a warm light grey with a subtle green tint, further elevating the ambience.

The walls, repainted in a luxurious colour, along with the use of a wood and rattan bed for added cosiness, and sturdy rattan pendant lights, create a resort-like atmosphere.

The mural serves as a captivating backdrop for the entire room, enhancing the feeling of warmth and relaxation.

Additionally, the use of luxurious hotel-quality bedding elevates the experience, ensuring a high level of comfort and sophistication for anyone staying in the space.

The wall panels serve as an elegant headboard for the room, complemented by the tone-on-tone wooden bed and matching nightstands, creating a serene atmosphere.

The walls, repainted in a luxurious colour, along with the hotel-quality bedding, elevate the overall experience of luxury.

The rattan pendant lights add to the calm ambiance, casting soft, cosy shadows that enhance the room’s warmth and tranquillity.
